So what’s the deal with avocado toast? I’ve been hearing this term for about a year or so and kept wondering what all the hoopla was about. Pardon me for laughing but here’s the recipe. You take a ripe avocado, you scrape out the insides, put it into a bowl, mash it up with a fork and spread it on toast. Voila – you’ve just gone and made you some avocado toast. Congratulations – you’re a chef extraordinaire. 🙂 If you really want to get all fancy (or you’re looking for additional protein) add a fried egg on top of your avocado toast. Crazy simple but crazy good!
