I just made this the other night and it was a big hit. Very healthy and oh so tasty! You are basically stir-frying the vegetables of your choice and then towards the end, add the sauce and chicken to the wok/ frying pan. Serve over rice and you have a fast and easy supper.

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fry up chicken tenderloins in oil of your choice, then once cooked, remove to a plate. Add more oil to the frying pan or wok and stir fry vegetables of choice (I used snow peas, green beans, carrots, water chestnuts, and broccoli). Once the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken back in and the sauce. Serve over white rice (or rice of your choice). Yum!
